Martinez beat pavlik, lost to williams and beat kermit cintron. That's all he's done.

JMM is at the tail end of his career and I suspect after struggling with diaz again, but winning, he'll slide down some spots. Bhop aint even listed and is 58 years old. Mosley is 39 and we'll see what happens with him next.

They should be but you can make arguements.

I disagree with Martinez though. He should have beat Pwill so it's the same logic as Dirrell should have beat Froch, and winning the lineal title at 160 was huge especially when he was already a champ at 154.

I agree with everything you said except for Miranda being world class.

Miranda is just that type of guy who loses ONLY to A/B+ class fighters.

He beat Green, Eastman, and can easily dispose of C class fighters(like himself). It was ****** of him to showboat against Bute. He's a somewhat good name, not great, on A class fighters resume. If you beat Miranda that means you're better than C class which is always good for your confidence. Plus he was top 10 SMW when Ward beat him.
