Why did Bowe stop fighting after the second Golota match?

Cause he wanted to join the Marine Corp. He couldn't even make it through basic training because he was too overweight and lazy and couldn't wake up on time. He resigned and the discharge was granted.

I thought he looked he a little past it after the 3rd Holyfield fight. He never looked the same after that fight. But he was definitely shot after the first Golota fight. He took a major beating, legal and illegal shots. And of course that preceded the infamous riot.
