these team Pacquiao members always have their hands full on everything they had to say regarding their boss
whether its about weight limit, penalties or cut-off dates etc.
still doesn't prove a fact that Pacquiao is cheating

A clean fighter wouldn't refuse the biggest payday of his career, over a small amount of blood.
A clean fighter wouldn't make excuse after excuse about how he gets "blood drained".
If Pac is clean, then he should have agreed to all the things he is agreeing to now earlier this year, why did he need the time?

You can accuse a fighter of cheating, and the only way to prove it is proper testing, if both are refused then su****ion is created.
Only real hard evidence can create that doubt.
Circumstantial evidence falls short.
Forcing someone to submit to OST based on mere unsubstantiated "su****ion" is wrong.
In bold: If I accuse you of being an ALT, I will have to provide the IP addresses as real hard evidence. This is positive evidence which puts the default integrity of the poster to considerable doubt.
