Let's everyone keep and mind that first and foremost Victor Conte is an entrepreneur.

He is also bitter about his troubles with the law and the fact that so many athletes have hung him out to dry when they clearly (no pun intended) knew what they were taking when Conte gave it to them.

If he can't sit around making magic steroids, he wants to make sure nobody else is. It pisses him off that he has been martyred so that people can believe the sporting world is safe. Anything he can do to bring the rest of the world back down to his current level he is gonna try.

Making statements like these keep Victor Conte's name in the news, it's good business for him and that is it. He is exagerrating and he knows it but he has great motivation to do so.

          Good post TS.

But the "su****ion" was justified when Pacman refused OSDT.

He has to play by the rules now, but many others still do not.

He wants to see them knocked down to his level where he will again have the advantage as he is pretty damn good at what he does.

The more heat that gets put on PED's, the more attention gets paid to testing, the more likely a fighter is to abandon PED use and go looking to a guy like Conte to help give them an edge without stepping outside the rules.

There is no hard evidence Pacquiao is on anything but there are "su****ions" which further intensified when pac decided to punk out cause of blood testing. And in a "bloodsport", fighters have the ****ing right to take all necessary precautions.

                  Not really.

According to his su****ion steroids are "best tapered" and basically stopped altogether outside of the testing window proposed for Mayweather-Pacquiao.

Pac's refusal to test inside of 14 days actually contradicts the likely scenario put forth by Conte in which a fighter would take steroids throughout training and then taper off before the fight.

According to Conte's theory, a doping Pac would be much more likely to get caught in a test 30 days away from the fight than he ever would 14 days away from it.

                    LMFAO

pacquiao agreed to 3 blood tests and UNLIMITED urine tests in ADDITION to the required commission tests.

mofo's on **** wouldn't agree to those at all.

the only problem is it wasn't good enough for *****-made floyd.
