This Saturday, there is a lot at stake for Marco Antonio Barrera. The former three division champion returns after a lengthy layoff. He's been inactive since losing a five round technical decision to Amir Khan in March 2009. Barrera's opponent at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas is tough Brazilian boxer Adailton De Jesus. The fight takes place on the undercard of the Latin Fury 15 pay-per-view. [Click Here To Read More]

Oh no...
Maybe Soto is manageable (doubt it), but... Acosta seems to be a straight killer.
He should go after the winner of Vazquez and Kim if he wants a title. -
Arum just mentioned a fight I want to see. Barrera would beat the fradulent Soto even at this point, he would show that duke doesn't belong in the category just because he won 3 meaningless titles.
Barraera-Acosta would be a good fight, but I have to lean toward Acosta. He just has a difficult style plus power. Would be a bad matchup for this version of MAB.Comment

Honest to god I can't stand Barrera for ****, but that still doesn't change the fact that I respect him as a fighter more than I do anyone else in the sport. Him and Morales don't give a ****, and will fight anyone, regardless if they are considered dangerous or stylistic nightmare for them.Comment

Marco Antonio Barrera is a legendary fighter! I've been watching his fights for a long time. Like all the great Mexican fighters, He is unafraid to face anyone in the ring! You can see the passion and anger in his eyes every time he throw punches while slugging it out with an opponent!Comment
