Pacquiao won't be weakened, I don't buy into that **** and I can't believe some people do. I'll be satisfied regardless of who wins. Just that I've gotten so sick of all this, that I'm more hyped about a possible Mayweather-Martinez instead. I also believe Martinez wouldn't have made none of these excuses, he already said he's open to be tested.

While what you're saying is entirely true, you're leaving out one crucial bit of information: Leaving testing like this would allow Manny a huge window of opportunity to cheat if he wanted to do so. (And get away with it.) Blood testing the day of the fight, and after I say. If you've got nothing to hide, this shouldn't be a problem in order to make $30million. Case closed.

Lets say pac agree to floyd 0day cut off of ost and they both get tested on the day of the fight and pac feels that he become weak maybe not physically but mentally and floyd beat pac in the fight. Yes. That pac mentally weak stuff is an excuse he used because he lost to morales. Both he and morales had to retest because the comission lost the original samples.

how is it on one end Manny's fans praise the **** out of Morales for as they all put it "winning fair and square" then reference the video where Manny is making excuses as to why he lost that night as gospel as to why Manny lost and why Manny might lose?
