The fighters they're setting these talented fighters with are horrible. There wont' be any learning experience with this type of fights. Vargas was the one who was matched up the toughest.

    Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Damn....

I know why the ref stopped it though. He hit and the guy shook his head but the ref thought he was head was shaking from being hurt.

Bad stoppage, and seriously look at the dude's record. I understand that coming up everyone usually faces weak opposition, but this is taking it to another level. I mean 25 loses?

I think this was just a showcase card. These guys are young they'll be brought up slowly.

Especially Gomez. He has star potential with that skill, style and him being a Mexican-American signed with GBP.

Here is the thing with GBP. Maybe they have learned but this is what they have showed in the past. They have had prospects and they feed them soft competition and then when is time to step up they take a major step up. And, the prospects don't learn anything with that kind of comp.

Instead of gradually stepping them up going step by step like it is suppose to be. They fight low level and then make a jump to a high level. And, that is a recipe for disaster every time.

On the Ringtv page it says it's supposed to be some 5-2 opponent.

Anyway, Gomez is explosive, but he needs to refine his technique and find a way to keep his composure and technique in there.

That was a terrible interview btw, kid must've been real nervous.
