I don't think Shane would have beaten Manny let alone KO'd him. But at the same time, I don't think Manny would have totally dominated him the way Floyd did. Shane's a bad style matchup for Manny, and I think Manny takes a clear, but close UD over Shane, sorta' like the Cotto/Mosley match. I think it'd be like 8-4 or 7-5 in favor on Manny, with some very, very close rounds in there.
