            Since compubox has been recording these stats. Not all time. It's impossible to know what the older fighters were doing stats wise since no one recorded stats.

                  Again you can't say all time. The first time Compubox did a fight was in 1985 Livingstone Bramble-Ray Mancini rematch. They didn't start doing fights regularly until the late 90's or early 2000's.

                  It's correct to say Floyd is the most accurate puncher of our time or in the last 15 years. But to say "all time" simply cannot be proven since stats were never recorded.

                    I don't know all time because compubox has only been around 25 years and doesn't record all fights
