i think he is. its so obvious. first floyd said that pac needs to call him out and then pac call him out then floyd suddenly add the ost test with 14days cut off and when pac accept the 14days floyd wanted it upto the day of the fight plus 60-40 split in his favor, what's next if pac accept it? will floyd demand to tie pacs left hand behind his back? lol.
