    Omar Henry vs. James Kirkland

Henry vs. Kirkland would be insane both men going forward throwing vicious exchanges who do you see winning? Who knows what Kirkland has been doing in the slammer though.

Whoever is smarter to take a step back and counter will win.

        Henry mauls Kirkland.

        Kirkland may be a pitbull....

        But...

        Henry is a T-Rex.

Omar Henry has 9 fights with unknown competetion, longest fight went 4 rounds. Kirkland has 25 fights, went 10 rounds one time, and Julio, Vera, Lyell are better than anyone on Omar's resume.

Brining a list of the fighters you beat to the ring wont help much.

            Jus sayin.

Its also no reason to believe that he will fight again at 154.

Henry would get stepped on at this point.

Have you seen Henry go past the first round, he can't keep up that style for more than a round and his technique isn't that good. People don't even know how well he can take a punch, James kirkland would destroy him.

It's just ****** to compare them at this point.

Kirkland will likely fight at 160 when he comes back, he was around 190 in prison. Kirkland obviously had the experience and resume on his side though.

But he'll make his way back down to 154. Just not for his first fight back.

But anyways, I'd say Kirkland by KO. He hits harder than Angulo in my opinion. He's like a blaxican. All he needs is a good defensive strategy and he'll go very far in his career. Henry needs a lot more at the moment. He's too green, and he's only fought tomato cans.
