Miguel Cotto Should Rematch Joshua Clottey @ 154 lbs

Instead of going on about a re-match with Margarito a fight that Cotto clearly lost and that loss is without question he should rematch Clottey.

Clottey got robbed against Cotto, The fight was held during the Puerto Rican holiday when thousands of Puerto Ricans were in attendance which probably influenced the decision.

Clottey won the fight against Cotto, Cotto should re-match him.

That sounds like a good idea, I'd want to see that. It would be interesting.

And I had it basically a draw, with the knockdown edging it for Cotto. I'd pick him the second time too, I'll never pick Clottey in a big fight.

i imagine clottey already being big at 147, would look excellent at 154. his power has never been superp at 147 but i would bet his power would dramatically improve at 154. i take clottey in a possible stoppage...mabey even k.o

if they fight in NYC or east coast, cotto will win. but I doubt manny wants clottey because (1) his style sux (2) he is not a draw (3) cotto is a sucker for uppercuts which clottey throws well (4) cotto is a sucker for the right hand which clottey throws well

Cotto beat him already in a close fight. cotto was the first boxer to ever knockdown clottey and he did it with a stiff jab. clottey gave up the last two rounds while cotto continued to fight him with one eye. To even play basketball with a eye like that is hard imagine boxing in a world championship fight. Cotto is a warrior and he fought clottey with no trainer on top of it, plus clottey is no draw.
