    Joan Guzman vs Zab Judah

I think this fight would be a great opportunity for both later on this year. A win for Guzman will put him on the map at 140 at possibly set him up for a fight with a top 10 guy like Maibuza, Peterson or Maidana and a win for Judah would definitely give him an opportunity to earn a title shot. He could also fight one of the guys mentioned. It could be at either 140 or 147.

    What do you guys think?

This is a fight that Judah can win. Guzman at 140 has no major pop in his punches and he doesn't have the pressure style to trouble Zab.

    Judah takes him out imo.

Its a good fight for both guys, Guzman really showed me something in the 1st fight against Funeka where he took a bad beating for the 1st time in his career and responded well never stopped trying to win and maybe even could have won the 12th rd.

Judah on the other hand folds up every time things aren't going his way, in addition to Guzman looking better heavier in the ring to me.

I would favor Guzman because of his surprising speed at his age, awkwardness, and heart.

The fact that guzman's power is limited and that he always loops his punches are the reason why he'll losse to judah. He's fast but Judah at 140 is pretty fkin fast himself. JUdah can't deal with pressure but he doesn't have to worry about that here..

It'll be like the spinks fight where judah can shine.

Which is why this fight is perfect. Both are hated right now. Why not have one get knocked off by the other and the other one gets one more chance to redeem himself? I'm sure if they lose one more fight, they're done for good.

So Guzman didn't make weight against a guy who cheated to make weight, the guy didn't duck Funeka at least after the 1st beating he got and during that 1st beating behaved like a fighter.

Zab has an ass load of talent that just got wasted because of how mentally weak he is.

either some here dont know about guzman or are just high on zab...guzman would tear zab up, he may not have knockout power BUT hes a pretty damn good boxer. bigger than zab, yes bigger even though hes been fighting lighter...hes like 5'9'' - 5'10'' ...I got guzman in a wide unanimous descision.
