Just cause a fighter does not take OST testing he is automatically suspect.. This should be the case for every fighter out there today and in the past..
The difference (I think) with the list above is that these guys started out strong and kind of finished the same way. In Pac's case he was no where near as dominant before and then all of a sudden BOOM the guy is killing everyone and even at higher weights. Yes, it does make you wonder and I was a fan of his for a while. It's like a baseball player who hits about 10 home runs a year and then changes teams and all of a sudden BOOM 40 home runs with that team....you're not going to question that???? Some people are naive. I have no proof I only have su****ions and nothing else. I can't say that he is using and in turn no one can prove that he is not using neither. I don't swear up and down that he is using but a lot of the hardcore fans swear that he is not like they are attached to one of his limbs and know exactly what he does 24-7. That's my take.

There was no question before that Floyd's PPV will be higher than Pac. Mosley and Clottey, only hardcore boxing fans knows Clottey. The way Mosley vs Floyd was heavily promoted vs the no 24/7 and less promoted Pac vs Clottey. You look at the income vs spending I guess it's just even.

Most *****s never finished school anyways, they're uncivilized. They're just fine going around accusing people of stuff, not realizing what's on the line, just like Floyd.

Here's a situation on how accusations can ruin somebody.

Say you're an executive at a big corporation. If you get accused of sexual harassment, even if found to be innocent, there is a big chance you will get fired because what this is doing is undermining the integrity of the company and will foster unwanted attention.

Only a c*nt would go around running his mouth without proof. You can ruin another man that way.

The 10 million per pound was outrageous but it had basis. Meanwhile the blood test had no basis and worst it started with an accusation before the demand.

What basis does it have when the COMMISSION (that Manny says he will only go by) are the ones that penalize fighters for coming in overweight?

Plus experts have now always reiterated that year round testing is the only way to catch a cheater. Correct me if I'm wrong but Olympians are tested year round and the test ends just weeks away from their respective event. If this is the case I think Pac will agree.

Anyone can be a suspect of cheating and Pac is not an exemption but the OST demand of Floyd is not even effective of catching a cheater. 3 or even 4 months at the most of random blood test when even in a real OST only few were caught.

Floyd's "OST" was just a facade to get an edge in the negotiations.

Now that Pac agrees to the test Floyd created another roadblock and wants 60/40.
Yet none of this changes the fact that Manny Pacquiao put himself into question with lies and contradictions.
