True but its not a racial thing at all! Its because he's performing at a VERY high level right now. So to continue with your anology the blood testing is trial and in the ring, the verdict and sentencing

"Hell naw. Why change the rules on me? Because I'm coming up in weight means I'm doing steroids? They're giving you a test for that anyway. But his team agreed and later forsook the agreement.

Oh please, almost every race has been ****** at one point in history. Hell Filipinos were traded as ****** IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. ****** to the Spanish, ****** to Americans. The difference is their struggle isn't anywhere near as involved with US history as African Americans.
