1) Imagine you are an entirely innocent hispanic or black guy who has always been on the right side of the law. One day you are walking down the road and they ask u to take some tests (i.e you get searched) because according to their racial profiling, a disproportionate number of crimes are committed by blacks and hispanics.
How would you feel?
Would you feel discriminated against??
Firstly i would like to state Olympic style drug testing is not required by the boxing boards. Only floyd requires it.
2) Imagine you are an entirely innocent guy called manny pacquiao who has always been on the right side of the boxing board..always taken the tests they require. One day you are just chilling by your pool then floyd calls you up asking you to take some special tests to prove that your haven't taken p.e.ds or other illegal substances even though you have always taken all tests required by the boxng board and have always come out clean. Floyd sr says that you are unnaturally strong and can take punches as he goes up in weight.
How would you feel?
Would you feel discriminated against??
These first example may not the best analogy but they r both forms of discrimination.
Btw don't get confused with racism and discrimination. racism is a subset of discrimination. I am using racism as an example of discrimination in the 1st example and having to prove (take extra tests) as an example of discrimination in the 2nd example.
