Floyd has been near the top of the P4P lists since 1998 and I feel this needs to be taken into account when people compare him and other fighters like Pacquiao for example. Some people say Pacquiao is a top 20 ATG and Mayweather is top 40 or top 50. I just dont understand what this is based on since Mayweather has been dominating fighters since the 90's and Pacquiao started off ordinary and all of a sudden became a great fighter about 2 years ago. Before then Pacquiao had lost to average fighters and been outboxed by Erik Morales who was a great fighter but was near the end of his career. Mayweather has dominated everyone.

Floyd has been a great fighter for over a decade and people need to realise this and respect it. Floyd didnt just come out of the pack and become great, He's been great his entire career.
