Angulo is not that great at cutting the ring off.

Give it to Cotto. His chin is suspect, but that's Angulo's only chance. He's slow and flat footed, and lacks the workrate of Margarito. Cotto can stick and move to a clear decision against him with maybe a few trouble spots along the way.

I think Angulo beats cotto at this point. I always wondered how the hell does Cotto got hit by a slow as hell Margarito. Angulo by 10 round tko.
