Well, a lot of people thought that Adam Carolla had a right to say what he said....but your PRESIDENT responded to it.His avy is funny as hell. People will always be offended by one thing or the other... Calling him out on the avy is waay too overboard on the sensitivity though. If we got to worry about people being offended by that then we coddle idiotic behavior. Yeah I think some black people or African Americans can get way too sensitive because they have been coddled into it. I think some of the comments are over the top though and those are the ones I do not condone nor encourage.
Which is it?Comment

How bout for a change you stick to the topic and lay-off the insults...
Name another race that was persecuted that's making a big deal out of it more than African-Americans in America...
I said the Chinese were at wars with the Japanese before there were slavery in America.
Do you think the Chinese waited for the Japanese to apologize? Hell No!
The Chinese earned their respect, let the Japanese pull that now and see how fast Japan turns to glass, again.
Let me bring up the ***s, do you think slavery in america is comparable to the holocaust? No? How bout the Roman reign in Jerusalem? Still no? Then how bout the Christian Crusades in the "holy land"...
How many ***ish people you know that pulls out the race card whenever someone calls them cheap or big nose?Comment

To me there is always an uneasy feeling when being introduced to a black dude or kicking it with black people I am not familiar with. With my close black friends I can let loose and talk whatever but I always gotta think politically correct when around unfamiliar blacks. Like this one time my homie took me to a party in Crenshaw, I could not understand a word they were saying with the ebonic talk. I felt like telling em in a joking way to speak english but I was concerned about offending someone.. I never get that feeling hanging around meeting latinos, arabs, or whoever.I think its hilarious!
Black people love fried chicken
us mexicans love our beans
so ***en what people
deal with it
I think people are way too sensitive about stuff. We get called *******s and ****ks and cheds and countless other names and we take it in stride but a black person is called some derogatory and you have Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton holding a press conference
its the internet people
we can hide behind the screen
you all need to relaxComment

These are the things racists say to dismiss people who think they are racist. This is underlying racism at its finest. His avy is funny as hell. "Too sensitive"
"We coddle idiotic behaviour"
"Yeah I think some black people or African Americans can get way too sensitive because they have been coddled into it."
It's like saying "stop playing the race card". There are different forms of racism and Alibata is a prime example of the racism which is harder to stop.Comment

Remind me what has been happening in Arizona? A zillion boycotts because people are asked to follow an EXISTING law?I think its hilarious!

u dnt kno wat u r tlkin about guy, so just stop while u are ahead. the chinese and japanese are still not exactly friendly with each other and they do not have to interact with each other since they are in separate countries. sure ***ish ppl were pesecuted, in EUROPE!!! there is still a great deal of anti semitism there and there are ***ish ppl fighting persecution in europe and america all the time, so u are wrong. finally the difference between all of that and what happened to african americans and what still happens to african americans is that we wear our skin color everyday. this is not something we can hide. a ***ish person can walk down the street and u will never kno they are ***ish. its a very different type of racism to say the least. How bout for a change you stick to the topic and lay-off the insults...

well i guess ur different. because from what ive gathered, in this coutry over the last decade or so, ppl were sayin the same thing about hispanics, trying to mandate that they learn english istead of speaking spanish. in fact, i kno of a few laws on the slate that are designed to make english the country's official language and there are politicians that will tell u that hispanics should not be allowed to speak spanish because this is america, and we speak english here. u may come from a socially accepable area, but not everywhere is like that. the problem is a lot of ppl notice when african americans make fuss, but these days the major civil right issues usually deal with hispanics/arabs/and the ****sexual cultures. if more americans payed attention to the news/legal decisions and the such they woudl kno this.To me there is always an uneasy feeling when being introduced to a black dude or kicking it with black people I am not familiar with.
