If you read my other post, you'll see that I tried to make a point about the use of "racial" slurs in the right context...
In the right context, using those words shouldnt be classified as racist.
The problem is, even if you don't intend it to be racist, people will read beyond what you said and think that you are being racist.

So is there no more proper context when putting a sentence together with a black person and monkey in the same sentence? To me, that right there is racist.

Thing's mean what they mean by this point. Sure you can use some edgy vocabulary when referring to a person, that could be classified as borderline racist vernacular. I might not do anything about it, because I do in fact understand the context behind why it was used. Just don't expect the next person to try and understand what context you were trying to use the word in. Just like when Don Imus jokingly referred to that Rutgers womens basketball team as Nappy headed ho's. I didn't give a ****. That doesn't mean anyone from that team or the community wasn't offended, just solely because Imus was White.

We do not live in a perfect world. There is a thing that exists called political correctness, that does acknowledge the fact that we live in a diverse world, where ideally you should be sensitive to other people. White people have been on top in America and its always been that way. That's why a White person could not get away with saying nearly as much as a minority would. Refer to about 95% of the White comedic stand-up comedy acts, versus any ********** routine.
