Floyd won't even negotiate on fighting Duran.

If he's scared to fight Cotto, Margarito, and Pacquiao how much more with Duran?

For sure the Mayweather clan will destroy Duran's name and accuse him as a steroid user.

I like this answer... instead of making a topic loaded as hell, this person recognizes both possibilities. Floyd at his best could frustrate Duran... Duran at his best could beat Floyd into submission.

Floyd is a great boxer, and if he can fight a smart fight, he can pull it off. I believe Duran would get to him and beat him though. It could be like either Duran-Leonard 1 or Duran-Leonard 2. It would come down to whoever executes better.

When it comes to fights like this, it's impossible to say for sure. They only way we would ever know is if they actually fought. Unfortunately, this is one of many dream match ups that we'll never see.
