So logically you can say it's floyd's fault the fight has been delayed (i'm not called floyd a ***** btw he is just playing games or something) since if it was normal drug testing and 50/50 split the fight would have been signed sealed and delivered.

Floyd is gonna throw a wrench into the negotiations by demanded OSDT. Something that's never been implemented in a pro fight in the history of boxing. WHY? Because Pac is dominating bigger fighters?

Urine tests was good enough for Marquez ( a fighter Floyd claims beat Pac 2x), then it should be good enough for Pac.

Now i'm all for better testing, but I feel that Floyd is just using this whole blood test fiasco as a tool to get into Pac's head. He knows Pac isnt fond of having blood drawn close to a fight, and wants to use it as a psychological tool. Not to mention, I feel that poking a boxers arms/veins while in intense training is not ideal.
