junior did start fighting when he was only 17 years old. its only natural for him to develop a better physique as he gets older especially going through puberty, & what he does for a living a boxer. dont you think he would gradually get bigger? he's no longer working with mexican trainers but he's now being trained by a professional trainer in the same level as a mackie shilstone. i read somewhere that alex ariza has a degree in sports fitness & a couple other specialized degrees & he also enlist help from dietitians & specialized college trained trainers for his strategic workout & game plan for his fighters.
its only natural for junior to bulk up when working with a professional with the knowledgeable expertise that ariza has. he's a professional boxer with a lot of pressure riding on him because of his name & father. that can cause someone to fold or to up the level of dedication to his profession.Comment

Is this a serious comment? Freak of nature really? Do you even know anything about working out? Anybody with willpower can get in that shape in 2 months. I understand you hate Ariza and his camp and all this steroid controversy, but this is straight up ignorant comment.Comment

a lot of it is diet & nutrition. anybody dedicated enough to follow a high level workout plan & nutrition can see great results in 2-3 months. even that picture of junior you used he's still a little soft in the middle. if he was juicing he would have a much tighter mid section with a solid 6 pack. i know i read it somewhere that ariza uses a professional dietitian & a kinesiologist to develop optimum nutrition & workouts.Comment

Shadows and lighting show certain muscles and a spot light used doesnt show much definition....it is the same reason bodybuilders use that dark ass tanning oil.
But Chavez looks like an average guy to me....i could get to look like that myself in 2 months while working and going to school. This is his job, his lifes work, and he trains most of the day to look like thatComment

oh yea athletes bodies are like machiness now adays. But boxers especially since they require months of training for what could be a 10 second fighta lot of it is diet & nutrition. anybody dedicated enough to follow a high level workout plan & nutrition can see great results in 2-3 months. even that picture of junior you used he's still a little soft in the middle. if he was juicing he would have a much tighter mid section with a solid 6 pack. i know i read it somewhere that ariza uses a professional dietitian & a kinesiologist to develop optimum nutrition & workouts.
Honestly i would question his work ethic if he didnt look like that because go to any average boxing gym and you will see guys that look in much better conditionComment
