well, in the ariza picture he is flexing. he isn't in the others.

Was thinking the same.....did Chavez Jr have a conditioning coach before Ariza?

That isn't that crazy. He is flexing in one picture and he isnt in the other. And he hasnt put on much muscle mass in the two he just is more defined.

This transformation could be made in a few months with just a better diet really.
