Floyd did not have to fight anyone he was supposed to for anyone to say he ducked them. Same with Pac. Just stop. But, this is what I'm talking about... so the criteria is who is the biggest duck of those who can bring the fights that fans want to see the most? Well, the fight the fans want to see the most is Pacquiao vs. Mayweather.

That merely brings it down to a question of who has the better resume... Pacquiao wins.

The only fight I don't give Floyd a pass on (since a lot of his "ducks" boiled down to splits of money) is Cotto. That fight obviously should have happened after Cotto beat Mosley.
