Read the article again. He did pointed out that Manny agreed to the 14 days. but as he said, it's still not "random". So technically Pac doesn't fully agreed to the test, he agreed to part of the test that suit him.

It had never been doen in the history of boxing and MANNY got pissed when he was accused of being unclean as a fighter. MAYWEATHER is an ASS-HOLE and everyone knows it.
