I make copies for friends in SLP because I'm a cheap ass Flip.

with me it depends on what they want. If I can fit their request on 2 hr's then that's what I do cause I agree that the quality is better. I usually discuss this with them in advance, and see if they prefer one tape or two...you'd be surprised how many have said that even on SLP the quality of what I send out is good. So, long as their happy, it works for me!

I dont know if my "peoples" are collectors or not..I dont ask what they do with the tapes. I do send a blank label so they can fill it out in their own handwriting (no girly girl writing ) in case they do add it to a collection of some kind.

With me its usually just kids I know who want to see a fight or something that they missed.

I get that too, but mostly people that dont get the right channels, and/or dont wanna pay ppv
