Manny only goes by the Commission right? Then why does he go ABOVE the Commission and impose his OWN weight penalties when the Commission does that? I mean, he went above the Commission as far as weight penalties are concerned when he fought Erik Morales, a guy that NEVER missed weight. And he did the same with Cotto, a guy that NEVER missed weight. So what is the difference with Mayweather going ABOVE the Commission concerning better drug testing?

It's my understanding that Erik Morales did not have blood drawn the day before the fight ("even playing field").... they both had blood drawn (I believe) 2 weeks earlier, but the hospital lost Pacquiaos test/results. Pac had to retest 1 day prior before the fight could continue.

Why not answer the questions instead of crying? I know weight penalties are common place...so common that the COMMISSIONS are the ONES that issue the penalties for overweight fighters. So, why did and why does Manny go ABOVE the commissions and impose his OWN weight penalties? I'll wait.
