I'm not sure if he has the frame to fight against those big ass dudes.

A guy like Toney moving up wasn't a big problem because you'd need a really big alluminum baseball bat just to even get his attention.

That being stated Tarver might have a decent beard, but he'd probably follow the tailor made competition and stay on the fringe..........fighting let's say the Klitschkos would be a terrible move for him. Makes no sense to jeopardize his reputation by getting knocked out at HW.
