i know taylor would have brought more attention to the fight in the first place and would have given the fans a more exciting match up but i dont think its in taylors best interest to jump back in the ring with these guys after the brutal kos recently.

Taylor is gone because he wants to be gone. Let the guy enjoy his retirement.

I love Jermain, but he shouldn't jump back in this ****. He wouldv'e def fought hard though. He deserves the easiest fight in the world.

just give him the fighters in the super six that are not power punchers like dirrel, ward and green and he'd rough them up pretty easily......

Agreed, that was an embarrassing performance. How many punches did green actually throw in the 11th n 12th?

Green made a fool out of himself. Taylor definitely would have given a better effort.

I miss Taylor, but I think he needs to think about his health. Being knocked out too much can be very dangerous in boxing.

Taylor would've made it a more challenging fight for Ward and a better fight for the fans, but the last thing Jermain needs is a prolonged, soul shattering beating, which he would've risked against Ward. So, bad for the fans that JT wasn't involved, but probably best for him. He needs an easy fight next (although I doubt he takes an easy one).

Green was confused about why he was left out of the Super Six in the first place? Now he knows. Taylor put on a better performance and a better effort in getting KO'd by Abraham than Green did in getting manhandled, mentally and physically, for 12 rounds tonight.
