Froch can't fight on the inside? Where did that come from? Don't look at the Kessler fight, Froch was trying to fight like Dirrell in that one. If he fights like he normally does, Ward will be in for hell if he tries to bully the man who made his career by being the bully.

I don't think it would look like Froch-Pascal, Ward fights nothing like him, and wouldn't go to war from mid range.

Plus, Ward is a much smarter fighter than Pascal and Froch.

Ward smother's his opponent's attack on the inside, but leaves himself in position to throw. He blocks and slips on the inside, as shown tonight.

No way. Ward isn't that type of boxer. He more or less is willing to stay in front of his opponents and he doesn't focus on counter punching either. Nor is he the evade first type, he rather block than be slick like Dirrell.

That is tailor made for Froch. If Ward had a bit more power it would be like the Jermaine Taylor fight, Froch possibly losing unless he pulls a kayo out the blue. Since he doesn't have that much power, it will be like Froch vs Pascal.

We will have to wait for the finals at this point. That's the only way they will fight.

His focus is great to be such a young fighter and he is hungry. Dude is good man. Very talented and he can fight on the outside and he's VERY tough on the inside. I want him to go ahead and stop Green and LOL @ All of the "Green is going to knock him out cold" thread. Skills pay the bills. And yes, I can't WAIT till he puts his hands on Dirrel on Sept. 25!!!!!!!

Ward doesn't fight like him but what I meant was that Ward would be willing to stay right in front of Froch. Ward is also a mid range fighter. If he fought like he did today, then I definitely don't think Ward would win. Froch is about as dirt and ugly as they get. If your gonna fight Froch ugly, your gonna be in for a long day.
