Facts are, dude said that he had the problem in training (cause of his head gear). You could see the thing swelling during the fight. Really no surprise that it busted.

Edit: Btw, I saw the video you posted. Why you take it down? To answer the statement you made before you edited your post, yes I saw the fight...The night it came on EPSN. I have seen it about four times since. I will not say that it is common knowledge, but many do know about the calla flower ear dude had. Trust me when I tell you, this is not the first time that picture has been brought up, but it has long been deaded as proof.

You know what I believe everyone needs to man up, put some plaster in their gloves and start fighting and rip peoples ears off and do as much damage as possible. After that only people like you and some of these other idiots who agree to such behavior will watch the sport and enjoy it even more than today. After this becomes legal you won't have to defend cheaters you will say it's legal and you discovered the real warrior of plaster.
Kissing the ass of a cheater must really give you an enlightening feeling.

Boxingscene has got many good things to offer but just got reminded why I don't visit these forums often.

Quit a few here who got some real clueless opinions. I don't know if it's about some here being real young or what but it puzzles me how Cintron gets shot at...

I'm not a big fan of Cintron but I certainly give him a benefit of a doubt. And even if he would have some fear in him it's not really the point...

Margarito is a cheater who should really be in jail. What he did most probably many times ( only once caught, and not that shy about it ) was just about the worst things you do as a boxer. Man who puts those briggs in his gloves has no real respect to his opponents. Just a real crooked creature...

So before anyone accuses Cintron ask yourself if you would have been pounded in a face with bricks a few times would you be willing to help the dude get a good payday. It's not always about revenge (to some people the whole concept don't really exist, and yeah some are obsessed about it ) ...

And anyhow like I wrote before even if Cintron would have some other issues(sure possible ) the main thing is that anyóne who really respects boxers and what they do in the ring should be booing Margarito as long as his involved in boxing ...
It's just plain ugly and evil what he did .

Ok going to leave this thread now alone and not return. Just felt the need to write few lines as it seems that many are not grasping the main thing... I mean how can you call yourself a boxing fan and have any kind of understanding to what Margarito did...

Cintron has no where to go. He is not an attraction and he has lost any little fans he had with the Williams fight. If he is going to get a chance for a belt to a guy that he says that had loaded gloves when they fought now is his chance.
