1) He did. Norwood, for all of his accomplishments, had pretty crappy technique.

2) The referee hasn't been seen in another title fight since, and that's a good thing.

The ref counted well past 10, guess he was counting to 300, the equivalent of 5 mintues since thats how long he should have gotten to recover for the low blows.
