Assuming you mean Ali pre-Frazier 1, I give Holmes a tiny advantage against Liston (could easily go the other way), a slight disadvantage with Frazier and a disadvantage with Foreman. I can't see him rope-a-doping like Ali.

hard to say. prime ali might've went through his own resume undefeated were it not for the layoff.

if larry fought a younger norton 3 times, he'd probably drop at least one decision. i think, stylistically, he looks a little better against frazier than ali did. keeping his hands higher, slipping rather than leaning away. he'd take less punishment than ali did imo.
