I hate Arum for it aswell. Of course it's a business and it's about making money but the guy cheated. Almost all boxing fans do NOT want to see him fighting anymore nevermind at the top level. But Arum doesnt care, It's all about money with him. It doesnt matter if Margarito is cheating to him. I mean, When Mayweather was with Top Rank. Bob Arum said "He is the greatest since Ali" and now Floyd has left and Arum has Pacquiao he says the same about him. lol

I have no respect for the guy at all. Hopefully GBP and Mayweather Promotions among other companies keep growing and we dont have to talk about Bob Arum and Top Rank for much longer.

Well said, Once you are damged like Cotto was with Margarito, he will be damaged for the rest of his career. Cotto had gone thru plenty wars (Mosley is the best comparrison though becaused as you well mentioned has more punching power than Margarito) and has never been so damaged even in the middle of the fight were Margarito had not landed as much, Cotto was already showing the effects therefore whoever uses Pacquiao's fight to compare the how damaged was Cotto vs how damaged Cotto was against Margarito is an ignorant. Since the Margarito fight and his possible use of plaster, anybody that land several hard blows on Cotto, even light fisted fighters, will make his face swollen. Once you scare tissue, cartilage and skin has been cut, it will affcet you for the rest of your career.

If Cotto's career got destroyed, that ain't no one's fault but Cotto's. Margarito's so slow that it shouldn't even matter if he's got cement in his gloves cuz he shouldn't be able to hit you. Cotto got destroyed because he isn't talented enough.

Paul Williams beat Margarito and his career didn't get destroyed. If Floyd fought Margarito, Margarito would have lost that one too cuz Margarito never would have even landed. Cotto should be ashamed of himself.

Agree with you partially, Margarito is much slower than Cotto and Cotto should had been able to beat him even with Plaster, if that was the case. But i disagree with you because i do beleive that Cotto has the talent to do so and he proved it for the 1st 6 rounds. Probably with the right man on his corner and the trust and being able to listen to the corner will make a huge difference in the rematch.
