Oh my word - Pavlik ranked above Froch and Abraham

    http://boxrec.com/ratings.php?sex=M&...eight&pageID=1

They have him in front of Froch AND the man Pavlik ducked, twice, Abraham who is number 6!!!

I know this is all worked out via computer (supposedly; I think those promoter backhanders work a treat don't you?.......) but this is funny none the less especially when you consider 100% of the time Pavlik has neaded north in weight he's looked terrible! (Hopkins and Taylor rematch).

He's even ahead of Green who I think would give him big problem with his power if Taylor could shake him.

    Opinions?

Boxrec is totally computerized it doesnt take into account how a fight went it just goes on results for instance Aydin probably had a big rise while Jo Jo Dan probably went down even though Dan was suppose to have won clearly.Still though id use boxrecs rankings more then some of sanctioning bodies like the Wbc having JCC jr has number 1 contender like what a ****ing joke

Boxrec is computerized rankings. In other words, they suck big, juicy balls. Would never take them serious.

The computer is tired of hearing Froch ***** and moan about the location of the fight. Abraham only beat JT at supermiddleweight which Pavlik already did at 166lbs 2years ago. Pavlik 2nd loss comes at light heavyweight since the Hopkins fight was at a catch weight at 170. If there is anyone to blame it's Kessler b/c he gets beat by Calzaghe and Andre Ward a guy with 20 fights then turns around and beats Froch lol. IDK just my opinion maybe the SD to Dirrell whose record was weak also played a role in it. Still Pavlik shoulddn't be aheah of Froch b/c his entire body of work is at SuperMiddleweight

hasn't the founder/owner of boxrec admitted that the ranking system are wank and that the site should really only be used to check peoples records

Boxrec rankings are based entirely on a point system that doesn't take into account at what weight those points were accrued. Which is to say if Pac moved up to HW, he would be ranked above the Klitchko brothers.

Ring Magazine still has Pavlik ranked at MW, below Sturm and Williams.
