What a good idea. A Klitschko double header. since both of them don't sell too well in the U.S this is the kind of thing that HBO might be willing to put on. I myself would'nt mind seeing those fights anyway.

Yes, in January of this year, when the EUR was trading at $1.45 to the US Dollar. The EURO crashed and now is trading in the low $1.20s.

Valuev should have taken the offer back then rather than asking for $4 million Dollars.

Nah, that's what Povetkin's people were saying to raise the purse bid for their man. Boente issued a press release immediatly afterwards stating that it wasn't true and that he made much less than that. I am guessing that Vitaly made $10 to $12 mil.

There is no reason why he should offer him the same deal anymore, Valuev rejected it the first time and now the deal is not worth as much anymore; they don't have the big stadium and the Euro is down against the dollar. Besides, just as Boente is saying, that's the most Valuev EVER made. That's the thing with most of Klitschko's opponents; their career might be ruined afterwards but it winds up being their biggest payday ever and ususally sets them for life.
