Is Marquez-Diaz II at Lightweight or Light-Welterweight?

There's been some confusion about this. Boxrec claims the fight is for the WBA and WBO Lightweight titles, I think this is proberbly the case because Michael Katsidis is the interim WBO champion and if Marquez made this fight at 140 then surely he would have to be stripped right? And I havent heard anything about that.

On the other hand you've got people saying the fight is at 140 because Marquez doesnt want to cut too much weight after the Mayweather fight. And you've got Richard Schaefer and Amir Khan saying that he will definetly fight the winner. This is confusing me abit...

Does anyone know for sure what weight class it will be at?

Thank you. This begs the question about why does Amir Khan want to fight him next? Instead of somebody in his own division like his long time manditory challenger Marcos Maidana?
