It said there was lack of evidence that it did enough damage for him to claim 600k, which basically means it didn't do enough damage to get 600k... he was just trying to get as much as he could, like most people would.

i know...what i'm trying to say is that rapper should've lost the case because of lack of evidence. so if lack of evidence can actually win a case how much more if there's one...you got what i'm saying?
