here is the definition of a protected ducker. juanma signed to fight a journeyman in mtagwa and said that they would fight celestino in jan. he struggles with mtagwa then all of a sudden he cant make weight. then lies and says that they made a 150k offer which celestino's people turned down. (juanmas own manager admitted no offer was made).
then the target is gamboa for dia de san juan this year. gamboa blows out the same journeyman that gave juanma hell, now all of a sudden they say that gamboa has to build his name and now claim that they want to fight gamboa in 2011.
