As much as you guys are knocking the WBC for being leeches, I think it would be a great idea to have these national champs, and nabf, opbf type beltholders to compete in a international tournament with similar level fighters.

How about Sulaiman proposes to climb one of the highest mountain ranges in Mexico by himself and tries to survive 60 days without food or water. And with only half an oxygen tank :-)

I see what he's done there. He's taken the idea of the tourney, the football world cup, joint the two together, and stuck a special WBC belt on the top like a cherry.

                Genius.

Why'd he send the deadline to Sergio Martinez telling him "The Henry Armstrong era is long gone"? Stating that he can't be World Champion in 2 weight classes, even though he deserves both of his titles.

Why did he send that arrogant letter wanting Devon Alexander to vacate for wanting to unify with Timothy Bradley?

Doesn't sound like someone who's giving back and truly loves the sport.

Sad to hear that he's sick, hopefully he gets better and starts showing his love better by setting his corrupt organization apart from the corrupt others.

the fact is that pro boxing is a business and just like any other business your in it to make money to sustain the business operations, no one ever said that the W.B.C is a non-profit organization. and it is unfair for the other fighters waiting for a shot at a belt if one man to hold two belts in two different classes because he can not defend two belts often enough to make it feasible. and if you have no belt to fight for how can you be called a champion? newspaper or internet polls? i dont think so, and in your sig you state "until #1 faces #2 there is no champ" well who is going to agree on who is # anything if there is no offical ranking body? the NFL or NBA are monopolies and i dont here anyone complaining about the money they make or them giving back to their sports. the W.B.C is giving back by supporting fighters that otherwise have no chance to box because of difficult situations they are in and the I.B.F or the W.B.A arent doing that and forget about the W.B.O. and i respect your opinion because you presented an intelligent veiw point. cheers
