    British welterweight Michael Jennings is getting very frustrated with his latest July bout, against John O’Donnell, falling apart after O’Donnell withdrew with a back injury.                   The article never said he did. He is targeting the WBO title and Pacquiao is the champion at the moment until he vacates - "Eyes Pacquiao's title."
