Manny, start coming up with excuses to move on to other fights and Floyd will have to fight you or some top fighter. Ther is nobody else. He needs you, you don't need Floyd. He was a nobody, until De La Hoya. The Boxing public loves you. Make him come to you. He has to eventually fight.

Now let me make this clear to the PBF fans. I'm not saying that PBF doesn't want to fight, he is just probably including some clauses to the contract (twicking every detail) to get the mo$t benefit$ out of this fight and you know PBF is very good at that but this wait might be making Pacman's camp a little concern.

Anyway I beleive that both fighters want to face each other, just 2 different promotional companies negotiating every details and logistics of the biggest fight of the last 2 decades, will take some time.
You could be right there..... but if the potential Cotto fight is just leverage, then it is most likely that Uncle Bob is hanging the possibility of Manny getting his 8th divisional title out there as bait, to offer Mayweather a chance to block it by taking the fight.

Manny has a few "Plan B's"..... and he already beat Cotto once.

It was encouraging to hear that Arum is still positive about the fight, and Oscar certainly seemed to indicate that the wheels are turning in the right direction.

The only things that have changed are..... Cotto now has a trainer, and his personal life is much more settled. Santiago was a training partner, and Miguel patched things up with his uncle after his father died.

Steward will add a lot of value to that camp.

I sense more confidence and purpose with Cotto, and possibly even more self-belief now that he seems resolved to being a boxer-puncher, instead of just a puncher.

will someone explain this to me!!!!!!!!!!!

            who has manny pac beat???
manny padded paquaio!!! he should get the padded award!!!!

Erik morales lost a trilogy then erik morales lost a "tune up fight" then lost to manny pac!!! Erik was already losing!!!

Oscar De La Hoya 36yr old part time fighter since 2002 weight drained and lost 3 of his last 6 fights!!!

Ricky fatton Hatton drunken fighter and was K.O. by mayweather and mayweather is not even a power puncher!!!

Miguel Cotto looked weak in his last 2 fights!!! and was drained to 144 lbs!! why not fight cotto at his best 147lbs??

manny pac targets weak fighters or fighters he can drain!!!

prove me wrong or stop me when i lie!!!
Bro, what's up! Finally someone who can see through the smoke and mirrors. You are exactly right about the PAC-MAN. It kills me how even the so called boxing experts in the media don't call him and team pac out on this like they always do Floyd. It does not matter who Mayweather beats they will never give him credit for it! Freddy Roach is an expert at cherry picking the perfect opponents style wise for Pac and weight drianning the ones who could pose a real threat. Floyd has never made any fighter come down to a catch-weight in any of his 41 victorys and is almost always the smaller man the night of the fight! He fought only 2 fighters that i can recall who were naturally smaller men; Jaun Manuel Marquez a future hall of famer ranked #2 PFP when they fought and Undefeated Ricky Hatton a fighter most experts said wud be too strong and to aggressive for Money to deal with! If you look at the TALE of the tapes for most of Pac's fights he is the bigger man in the ring come fight night. The only fighter that Manny fought who was truly bigger than him was Clottey and Bob Arum told Clottey u can hit Manny but u better not hurt him. LOL! Clottey had no problems hitting Manny cleanly and did not even try to win or even hurt Pac throughout the fight. A total FIX! To me, Pac is a good fighter with a great trainer who knows the game of boxing and who will always put Pac in fights were he has all the advantages. Against Money May those advantages don't exist!

Hell of a quote and right on the "money" .
              I might be wrong here.....
but I don't think that Alex Ariza knows **** about boxing, or about Mayweather.

I have heard him say two or three wildly inaccurate things about the sport of boxing, and I get the feeling that he would be just as "at home" working with a swimmer, runner, or even a basketball player.

Mayweather validated himself by destroying Corrales about a decade ago.

Actually bro..... I disagree with that guy, but not for the reason you stated.

It looked to me like Mayweather hardly even saw that first right hand.

I can give a longer explanation of what I think happened, but in short.....
he was fighting flat-footed at that point in round two, he over-played what eventually turned out to be a very good game-plan.

Rubbish, that Mosley gassed out in round two.

That "gassed in round two" theory is ridiculous.

I dare you to debate me on that

If Mayweather decided not to fight! Pacquiao should take on Tim Bradley, Devon Alexander, or Marcos Maidana. Don't fight Cotto again! The result would be the same! Disgraced boxer, Antonio "Loaded Gloves" Margarito should not be given the privileged to fight for big money anymore. In fact, he should not be allowed to fight anymore!

not really a fight i wanna see again. sure he will win another title in another division, but its one of those fights you know who is going to win before its even happened.

Im sick of the best fighters avoiding each other. grow some fcuking balls and fight the best, not the plan b.
