Roger Mayweather didn't have a chin. He wouldn't be able to take Pacquiao's power, I mean Pernell Whitaker was able to hurt him. Although Pernell is an underrated puncher, he isn't the puncher Pacquiao is; no where near.

Did you see what Chavez Sr did to Uncle Rog in the first fight? Manny would do him worse.

Uncle Roger had the skills to give Pac trouble, but I can't seem him winning against Pacman especially with his weak chin. His defense was great, but he did get tagged often and wasn't the defensive genius his nephew is. Chavez destroyed Mayweather twice, I see Pac doing the same.

No he wouldnt because Chavez was a bigger beast than Manny.
