Why does not Peter fight anyone who can punch?

Williams had a punch. He had great knockout ratio. Look at Peters head & I can tell you can take punch. I don't know if he can take punch like Ike or Tua, but I know he can take punch by just looking at him. Ike & Tua had best chins I ever seen in the heavyweights.
