Manny is anything from 20-30 atg, Floyd is 45-55.
You have to deal with. Manny has accomplish much more than Floyd.
Skills wise Floyd is better and in a head to head match Floyd wikk probably school him, but Manny is greater because he has done more!!Comment

Personal rankings is all about a matter of opinion, But to say Pacquiao is Top 3 and Floyd is Top 100 just makes no sense. Some people think Pacquiao is better, Some thing Floyd is better but theres no doubt these two are clearly the best boxers of this era. So you cannot have them more than a few places apart.Comment

GTFO! Tito was far more better skilled than Pac. He had great punching combination, and a great jab. He was bigger, more skilled, and had good underrated power. i don't have an atg list.
sounds right to me.
both are atg level but pacquiao is much higher.
pacquiao has the skills comparable to other atg and he has the resume equal to them as well.
mayweather has atg skills but his accomplishments resume wise is not.
i can see how pacquiao is at or near the top of the atg list and why floyd is near the bottom.Comment
