I wouldnt call him a "C fighter", It's obvious he has some pretty good skills but I dont see anything special about him. Because of that I dont see him beating the elite fighters but for sure he could become champion again. We'll have to wait and see.

Cotto is a beast. There isn't a Welter or Jr. Middleweight who can touch him him (not named Mayweather, Pacquiao, or Martinez).

I'm glad he has a trainer he likes and has that drive to win again. Cotto's a special fighter.
