Does Cotto deserve a rematch with Pacquiao?

I paid to see their first fight, but there is no way I'm paying to see a rematch. Pacquiao took his best shots and then dominated. Case closed.

Honestly when that was brought up I was not interested. I want to see Pacquiao fight Mayweather so bad that is really the only fight I will accept for either of them. If Pac did rematch Cotto and did it at 154 I would buy the fight.
