Nice to see Lazarte win a title at 39, but he isn't going to beat Tamara again, or Solis. He might as well take an soft optional before losing the title. Looking at the rankings, I'd bet on 40-year-old Spaniard Rafael Lozano, who is ranked 15th by the IBF even though he's never beaten anyone
