There is a good chance that Margarito will only be able to get his license in Texas.

There is no way Cotto is gonna go to Texas to fight Margarito....nor should he.

This seems to not be getting much play...but I think this is a HUGE obstacle to that fight being made.

I think he could get licensed in Nevada as well. Being on how successful the first fight went along with what Keizer said. It's all about the $$$$ man.
