punishment is meant for rehabilitation, banning james toney would serve no purpose...... stripping him was good enough

Alright no problem, it was just becoming consistent and I was wondering what's up. From back when this happened the majority said no because steroids doesn't affect boxing skills, rather he just should've gotten a bigger fine than Tyson did for marijuana.
